Catholic Care facilitation is a local service through our parish that connects individuals and families to area resources to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. The role has been an great example of our catholic social teachings and has borne many fruitful offerings such as; helping someone find housing, food, transportation, medical care and equipment, insurance, county assistance and most importantly build a relationship with some of the most vulnerable people in our community. 

I am always looking for volunteers or those who feel called to help another community member. To work with me and show light to others. This role was implemented to help anyone, even yourself we are all here at St. Anthony’s as your family, please reach out if you need assistance.
